Tennis is for lovers. Yes, I just said "lovers." Their music is romantic: it's airy, melodic, and almost anachronistic in the way they blend '60s pop influences with modern indie sound. Comprised of married couple, Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley, Tennis is the perfect band to listen to on starry summer nights. Chicago's own Pet Lions opened for them at Lincoln Hall and set the mood for the evening; their indie pop rock got the audience bobbing and swaying.
